Different Americans are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our refund policies please see the "REFUND POLICIES" page linked below.

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Different Americans within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email contact@shopdifferentamericans.com.

If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 2-4 weeks as stated at the top of our website and in your confirmation email.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand at the warehouse, there was a card in your package stating this. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfilling the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
